該職位融合了功能諮詢、催收營運顧問、工作流程優化和客戶互動。成功入選者將成為我們平台的專家，深入了解其功能、工作流程配置、自動化能力和營運邏輯。

您將與客戶密切合作，實地觀察催收團隊在實際營運環境中如何使用該系統，識別效率低下或流程缺陷，並提出數據驅動的催收策略和工作流程改進建議，從而提升催收績效、營運效率和用戶採納率。此職位非常適合在企業軟體環境下擁有豐富的催收營運、銀行催收、債務催收策略或功能諮詢經驗的候選人。

主要職責

產品及功能專業知識

接受密集的內部培訓，以精通我們自己的債務催收平台，包括工作流程配置、業務規則、自動化邏輯、細分策略和操作功能。
深入了解系統配置和工作流程設計如何影響營運效率和復原效能。
在實施、最佳化和上線後支援階段，擔任內部團隊和客戶的職能領域專家 (SME)。

客戶營運諮詢

在真實環境中觀察並了解客戶的端到端催收操作、使用者行為、催收工作流程和管理實務。
評估影響回收效率的營運低效率因素、手動變通方法、未充分利用的功能、瓶頸和流程缺陷。
運用數據驅動方法分析收款績效趨勢、營運行為與工作流程效率
建議採取切實可行的工作流程改善、自動化增強、細分策略和營運優化措施，以提高收款效率。

客戶互動與諮詢

與營運使用者、收款經理和業務利害關係人開展研討會、討論和簡報。
將業務需求和營運痛點轉化為有效的系統配置和工作流程建議
透過在實施和優化過程中擔任策略顧問，與客戶利害關係人建立信任關係。
透過協助客戶最大限度地利用系統和提升營運價值，支持用戶採納和變更管理措施。

要求

商業分析、數據分析、金融、銀行或相關專業的學士學位
必須具備至少 3 至 5 年的債務催收營運、催收策略、銀行債務回收或應收帳款軟體功能分析師/顧問經驗
擁有快速學習複雜企業軟體平台並理解技術配置如何轉化為業務成果的良好記錄。
具備強大的能力，能夠觀察日常營運實踐，識別低效環節或軟體變通方案，並制定數據驅動的最佳化策略。
具備商業頭腦，有信心與客戶利害關係人建立關係，提出優化建議，並有效地推銷能夠解決營運痛點的軟體升級或附加模組。
優秀的口頭和書面溝通能力，能夠自信地與第一線催收經理和高層決策者溝通並闡述想法。
願意出差，並在觀察、實施和優化階段投入專門時間到客戶現場工作。
