現有全職職缺

責任

行政助理：

以專業、及時的態度處理日常客戶諮詢。
負責公司記錄的列印、歸檔和妥善記錄。
準備並提交月度報告
根據主管指示完成其他任務和工作。
協助確保日常業務運作順利進行

行政主管：

準備並開立付款憑證、發票和收據。
產生並分析月度銷售報告和維護報告。
處理銀行付款、檢查付款清算情況並進行銀行對帳。
建立有序的財務和營運文件歸檔系統。
負責庫存維護和庫存追蹤。
流程操作員和代理佣金，以及管理營運費用。

工作時間：

週一至週五：上午10點至下午6點

週六：上午 10 點至下午 1 點（輪班制） *試用期內僅限管理人員工作
