Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for overall Human Resource planning and management
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll and employee relations
• Coordinate with foreign worker agencies on recruitment and management matters
• Ensure compliance with Malaysia Labour Law and company policies
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support management in HR operational matters
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• 3 – 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing industry
• Familiar with Malaysia Employment Act and labour regulations
• Experience handling foreign workers will be an added advantage
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• 擁有人力資源或相關系Diploma / Degree
• 擁有3至5年製造業HR相關經驗
• 熟悉馬來西亞勞工法令
• 有處理外勞經驗者優先考慮
• 能以中文、英文及馬來文溝通
• 具備良好溝通及協調能力
