- 秉承日本待客之道（Omotenashi）標準，引領團隊提供熱情、周到、專業的客戶體驗。

-指導和輔導團隊，協助客戶在客戶旅程的各個階段進行產品選擇。

-透過輔導、角色扮演引導和銷售/服務培訓計劃，推動團隊持續發展

-負責精品店日常運營，包括庫存管理、卓越運營以及維護高端舒適的店鋪環境

- 規劃、協調並領導參與展覽會、巡迴推廣會和品牌活動，以最大限度地提高客戶參與度和銷售機會。

- 透過加強與企業合作夥伴的關係並確保品牌形象的一致性，支持品牌成長計畫。

-執行並監控銷售策略，以實現個人、團隊和門市的績效目標，同時培養高績效的團隊文化。

■必備：

-至少3年零售、旅館、婚禮或奢侈品服務業的領導經驗

- 具備卓越的領導力，能夠指導、輔導和激勵團隊成員，以實現卓越的服務和銷售表現。

- 具備卓越的客戶服務和諮詢技巧，並擁有強烈的以客戶為中心的理念

熱情、體貼、專業，並致力於提供卓越的飯店服務體驗。

積極的態度、較強的團隊合作精神以及營造協作工作環境的能力

-具備追蹤、管理及實現個人及團隊銷售目標的成熟能力

-精通英語和中文，能夠有效地與多元化的客戶群溝通
