Senior Executive

工作範圍：-

確保設計和圖紙符合法規和品質標準。
能夠遵守既定時間表。
準備情緒板、材料板、配色方案和設計簡報。
提出以功能性、空間利用率和美觀性為優先考慮的設計方案。
與專案團隊合作，確保設計意圖準確實現。
參加客戶顧問會議和現場會議，以監督進度並核實流程是否符合設計方案。
其他可能不時分配的職責和任務。

工作要求：-

至少2-3年相關領域的工作經驗
必備技能：AutoCAD、MS Excel、Sketchup 或其他繪圖建模軟體
語言：英語和馬來語。
自我激勵，能夠在較少監督下獨立工作。
具備良好的室內裝修專案管理和技術細節的知識
申請人必須自備交通工具，並願意在需要時出差。
具備較強的自學能力、團隊合作能力與成果導向思維
