Senior Executive

職責：

負責全套帳務處理，包括總帳 (GL)、應收帳款 (AR)、應付帳款 (AP)、銀行對帳和固定資產。
負責日常會計運營，確保帳簿記錄準確及時。
執行月度和年度結算並編制管理報告
準備審計進度表、稅務進度表以及供外部審計師和稅務代理人使用的支援文件
與外部審計師和稅務代理人聯絡，確保及時完成審計和稅務要求。
負責處理銷售與服務稅（SST）申報事宜，並確保符合相關稅務法規。
協助處理公司稅務事宜，並與馬來西亞內陸稅務局協調合規事宜。
妥善保管會計憑證，並確保遵守內部控製程序。
根據管理階層的安排，執行臨時性任務。

要求：

至少三年處理全套帳務的紮實經驗。
精通AUTOCOUNT或SQL會計系統，並具備紮實的Microsoft Excel和Word技能
熟悉SST申報、稽核流程及稅務相關事宜。
有審計或稅務會計事務所工作經驗以及了解電子發票者優先考慮。
精通英語和馬來語；會說普通話者優先考慮，有助於與供應商/客戶溝通。
較強的分析思考能力、問題解決能力及注重細節
能夠獨立工作，只需極少監督，並能按時完成每月緊迫的截止日期。
為人負責、成熟穩重、值得信賴，並能誠信地處理機密財務資訊。
在結構化、以截止日期為導向的環境中具備優秀的時間管理能力
工作時間：週一至週五，上午 9:30 至下午 6:30（每週工作 5 天）
地點：吉隆坡班丹再也（靠近輕軌車站和大眾運輸）
