資歷和經驗

STPM / 文憑畢業生 / 學位
精通英語、中文（有優勢）和馬來語，並能用英語進行良好寫作。
能熟練使用微軟Excel和Word。
有照明產品銷售經驗者優先，但也歡迎應屆畢業生申請。
具備Dialux或其他照明設計軟體/專案管理經驗者優先考慮。

任務與職責

滿足到店顧客的照明需求，並解答室內設計師的日常諮詢。
處理透過電子郵件、WhatsApp 和電話收到的客戶諮詢。
準備並跟進已發送的報價。
建立銷售管道並跟進銷售線索，確保及時溝通，追蹤從初步接觸到最終成交的潛在客戶。
為客戶提供優質的售前和售後服務。
及時回覆客戶的諮詢和回饋。
向現有客戶推廣公司產品，並探索開發新客戶的機會。
依照公司條款管理自有客戶的付款收款事宜。
