職位：新產品導入工程師

·領導PCB和電子製造專案的NPI活動，從客戶啟動到大量生產。

· 與客戶、供應商和內部部門密切合作，確保專案需求和工程變更得到正確實施。

· 分析生產數據，支援持續改善活動，以提高品質、產量和生產效率。

職位：製程工程師

· 支援新產品導入 (NPI)，包括機器設定、製程參數最佳化和生產線驗證（試運行、首件）。

· 與生產、品質、維護和工程團隊合作，確保順利運作並解決技術問題。

· 分析缺陷的根本原因（焊接問題、元件錯位、短路），並實施糾正和預防措施。
