Site Engineer

We are seeking a committed and proactive Site Engineer to join our PMC team for the MMMLL Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with consultants and contractors, and ensuring works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities and construction progress.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and relevant authorities.
• Ensure works are carried out in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Monitor site quality, safety, and workmanship standards.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
• Attend site meetings and assist in resolving technical and site coordination issues.
• Verify contractor’s work progress and report any non-conformance or delays.
• Ensure proper implementation of project procedures and site instructions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field.
• Minimum 3–5 years working experience in Road projects.
• Experience in PMC / consultant supervision environment will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, and quality control.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
