Junior Executive

會計助理/會計主管

薪資範圍：3000 馬幣 – 3500 馬幣

全職職位

工作職責：

• 發票管理

審核並準備發票，確保帳單資料的準確性和完整性。

• 應收帳款

監控並跟進未結發票，確保客戶及時付款。

• 全套帳目

編制和維護全套帳目，包括應付帳款、應收帳款、總帳、銷售帳和銀行對帳單。

• 每月帳戶結算

執行每月帳目結算，並向總部提供管理帳目。

• 預算分析

編制季度和年度預算預測與實際結果分析報告。

• 稅務合規

處理預扣稅事宜並向稅務機關繳稅。

• 固定資產管理

負責固定資產管理，確保固定資產的購買、處置和轉移得到正確記錄並分配標籤編號。

• 零用現金及員工報銷

管理零用金帳戶並處理員工報銷。

• 庫存管理

每月進行庫存盤點，並編制每月庫存結算單。

• 管理階層不時指派的任何臨時性任務。

要求：

• 會計/金融或相關專業的文憑或學士學位。

• 至少需要2年類似職位的工作經驗。

• 精通 AutoCount 會計軟體和 ERP 系統。

• 具備良好的會計準則、實務和稅務知識。

• 熟練 Microsoft Office 辦公室軟體，尤其是 MS Excel。

• 具備良好的分析能力、高度的準確性和注重細節。

• 具備良好的人際溝通和溝通能力，樂於學習，並具有積極主動的態度。

• 能夠在最少的監督下獨立工作，並按時完成關鍵任務。

• 所需語言：馬來語、英語和國語。

• 能夠立即開始工作者優先考慮。
