提供培訓

工作職責：

設定、操作和維護注塑機以生產色片，並進行技術控制。
客戶/供應商現場訪問，提供產品和顏色偏差方面的技術支持，並解決異常問題。
為客戶現場提供注塑機設定、維護、生產參數和故障排除的技術支援。
負責跟進客戶試樣品生產及現場生產狀態。
制定並完善支援計劃，以建立良好的客戶關係和提高客戶滿意度。
向客戶或銷售通路夥伴傳授系統設定、維護和故障排除技能方面的知識。
根據客戶回饋，與品質團隊緊密合作，改善品質和設計相關問題。
遵守生產作業參數和良好生產規範，以達到生產和品質目標。
測量精準，對色彩匹配有濃厚興趣。
執行上級指派的任務/工作。
提供培訓。

要求：

必須至少擁有機械工程文憑或相關技術/工業領域的學術資格。
歡迎有相關工作經驗的國中畢業生申請。
至少2年以上塑膠射出成型/擠出成型/塑膠樹脂/著色劑製造的工作經驗。
能說寫普通話。
國語、馬來語和英語的基本溝通能力。
具備基本的電腦操作能力。
願意到客戶和供應商現場提供技術支援。
願意到巴淡島外地工作。
具有良好的5S習慣和自律性，並能主動進行工作。
