Site Safety Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Monitor daily construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
• Identify potential hazards and recommend corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure workers are using proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings.
• Prepare and maintain safety reports, records, and documentation.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare investigation reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and authorities on safety matters.
• Ensure all safety signage, permits, and emergency procedures are properly implemented.
• Promote safety awareness and maintain a strong safety culture at the worksite.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 – 5 years of working experience in construction site safety supervision.
• Possess valid Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) certification recognized in Malaysia.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
• Able to work independently and handle site safety matters effectively.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with safety documentation and reporting procedures.
• Willing to travel or work at different project sites if required.
