Account Intern - Internship

Job Summary

Support the finance team in handling daily accounting operations, financial documentation, and reporting. This internship offers practical experience in accounting processes and financial management.

Key Responsibilities

﹒Assist in data entry and maintenance of accounting records

﹒Support accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions

﹒Help in preparing basic financial reports and reconciliations

﹒Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

﹒Assist in invoice processing and expense tracking

﹒Support month-end closing activities

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and take initiative

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of financial reporting and reconciliation
• Internship or coursework related to accounting is a plus
