Bench Worker

Position Title: Bench Worker / Tooling Technician

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.00am - 4.30pm; Sat 8.00am - 1.30pm,

Location: Jalan Rumbia 1A, Kawasan Perindustrian Tanjung Langsat, Pasir Gudang 

Salary Package: EPF, Sosco, 13 month salary , meal provided, OT, technical allowance, shif allowance, attendance allowance

Salary: MYR 3000 - 5000

Job Description: 

1.  Responsible for the basic operation of lathes, milling machines, grinders, drilling machines and other processing machines in this position.
2. Assist in solving difficult problems with molds on site.
3. Responsible for the daily maintenance of molds and do a good job of 5S.
4. Responsible for the maintenance of the equipment operated and fill in the inspection form. Responsible for the assembly, assembly and debugging of new molds.
5. Complete the production of new molds and inspection fixtures according to the mold design drawings.
6. Complete other work items assigned by superiors

Requirement: 

• Must graduated from SKM and above
• 2 yrs's experience and above in tooling, mould industry
• Basic operating skills of lathes, milling machines, grinders, drilling machines and other processing machines.
• Able to read part drawing
• Understand the mold manufacturing and processing process and technology.
• Willing to learn CNC and EDM
