Administrative Assistant (AUS)

1. Customer Services

• To handle incoming calls and walk-in enquiries.
• To screen enquiries and calls, providing information as needed.
• To assists Education Counselor, make calls to students/ parents for follow-up and appointments.
• To assists Education Counselor process student’s application.

2. Office Organization

• To maintain office tidiness, ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
• To restock and tidy bookshelves, ensuring prospectuses are readily available.
• To keep the recycling area clean and well-arranged.

3. Documentation and Research

• To assist in researching, updating and upkeeping information in various files, including scholarship, professional recognition, application forms, and institution fees.
• To perform data entry and updates.

4. Event Management

• To assist in event planning, including pre-event preparations, during-event assistance, and post-event cleanup.

5. Any other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

1. Language: Fluency in English
2. Detail - oriented
