Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Executive to support the daily operations of the Accounts & Finance Department. The successful candidate will assist in financial reporting, treasury management, compliance matters, and E-Invoicing functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and cash flow reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Assist in audit and tax-related matters
• Manage E-Invoicing processes and invoice tracking
• Monitor company expenses and maintain proper documentation
• Support treasury and banking transactions
• Assist with LMW monthly and yearly reporting
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in accounting or finance
• Experience handling full set of accounts is an added advantage
• Exposure to audit, tax compliance, and treasury management preferred
• Knowledge in E-Invoicing and LMW reporting is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Good knowledge of accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Familiar with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
