ASG Security Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and experienced Service Technician to join our growing team in the security systems industry.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, and passionate about delivering quality service and technical support. You will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of security systems while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
Perform installation, maintenance, configuration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of CCTV, Card Access, Intrusion Detection Systems, networking, storage, hardware, and software.
Attend to customers’ queries, support, services, and issues.
Involved in cabling, wiring, mounting, and termination works.
Report site details, work done, project progress status, customer requests or feedback, and issues to the reporting Manager/Supervisor.
Update the documentation and provide operational training.
Liaise/manage with suppliers/vendors and outsourced contractors for delivery works.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Computer/Telecommunication, others)
3 years of relevant work experience in a similar industry.
Possessed a driving license with own transport (Car).
Basic knowledge in cabling, networking, electronics, & computer.
Strong analytical, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
A team player to achieve corporate goals.
Ability to accept new challenges, develop new skills/knowledge, and constantly engage in learning new technologies, methods, and processes.
Must be willing to work overtime or late hours when required for project/site support.
