We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Customer Service Officer to support our daily operations in the freight forwarding and logistics industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organized, and can communicate effectively in a multilingual environment. You will play a key part in ensuring smooth coordination with customers, carriers, and internal teams, handling inquiries promptly, and providing accurate documentation and updates to support the end-to-end logistics process.

Job Description

  • Manage shipping documentation formalities to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Process bookings and execute related orders in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate tracking status for all shipments.
  • Communicate effectively with overseas offices, agents, shipping lines, and clients to ensure smooth coordination.
  • Handle clients’ inquiries via telephone and email, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Provide responsive support to both internal and external customers by addressing concerns and offering effective solutions.
  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient filing system for all documents to ensure systematic retrieval.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.

 

Job Requirement

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • No prior experience required; willingness to learn and take on new challenges is essential.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Meticulous, good interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, team player with positive work attitudes.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with high stress tolerance.
