Junior Executive

職責與責任：

從圖紙中減去數量
參與專案成本會計和工程量清單編制
參與根據招標圖和文件計算專案投標（合約前）的施工成本。
能夠進行場地估價和測量
參與向分包商、供應商詢價並進行價格比較
編製每月進度款申請單、分包商付款證明、變更單評估和最終結算單。
協助上級並成為團隊成員
根據需要履行其他職責

要求：

應徵者必須持有建築或工料測量師文憑/證書。
現有全職職缺。
具備良好的人際溝通、談判和溝通能力，能夠與顧問、專案團隊、承包商和供應商進行有效溝通。
精通英語、馬來語和中文
歡迎應屆畢業生和實習生申請。
具備電腦操作能力是必備條件。
