Project Engineer/ Project Manager

Job Description:

• Liaise and coordinate with all consultants, contractors, suppliers and local authorities.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of construction works accordance with approved specification, quality and schedule.
• Oversee the whole project department; provide necessary technical supports, action plans and advice to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
• Work closely with all consultants in establishing drawing for tender and construction.
• Organize and monitor the submission status at various stages of development process.
• Resolve design / construction site constrains and concerns.
• Ensure that the Certificate of Compliance and Completion (CCC) is obtained on time.
• Check all drawings to ensure drawings are well coordinated and developer’s requirements are met.
• Lead QAQC team to handle defect works after handover to house owner.

Requirements:

• Able to work independently
• At least 5 years in Civil Engineering (Structure design)
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Architecture/Building/Civil Engineering/ Project Management / Project Development)
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken is preferred.
• Well versed in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Work location based in Bukit Mertajam
