要求

應徵者必須至少擁有建築管理或相關專業的文憑/學位/學士學位。
至少兩年建築相關工作經驗，尤其是有高層建築和工廠相關工作經驗者優先考慮。
歡迎應屆畢業生申請，我們將提供指導。
熟悉建築法規、施工技術、材料、測試和檢驗程序。
語言要求：馬來語、英語、國語；會當地方言者優先考慮。
所需軟體：Microsoft Office，熟悉 AutoCAD 者優先考慮。

責任

透過支援現場團隊，監督現場土木工程和結構工程。
確保施工工作符合施工圖和規範。
現場監督和安排現場工人執行任務，確保工作在規定的時間、預算和品質範圍內完成。
定期檢查工作情況，並與承包商、分包商聯絡，以確保工作達到高標準的品質和流程。
與現場所有相關方（內部/外部）協調，以確保專案能夠按計劃交付。
確保運抵現場的所有材料均符合已核准的規格和數量。
確保工地紀律嚴明，士氣高昂。
確保始終遵守工地安全和健康要求。
執行上級交辦的其他臨時任務。
