Site Supervisor

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree/Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years working experience relevant to construction especially in high rise building and factory would be added advantage.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. Guidance will be provided.
• Familiar with building regulation, construction technique, material, testing & inspection procedure.
• Language required: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin; local dialects would be added advantage.
• Software required: Microsoft Office & AutoCAD would be added advantage.

Responsibility

• Supervise civil & structure works on site by supporting the site team.
• Ensure work done in accordance to construction drawings and specifications.
• Site supervision and arrangement of site workers to perform tasks and ensure work is completed in given timeline, budget and quality.
• Conduct periodic check on work and liaise with contractors, sub-contractors to ensure work achieve high standard quality and workmanship.
• Coordinate with all relevant parties (internal/external) on site matter to ensure project can be delivered as per scheduled.
• Ensure all materials delivered to site are as per approved specification and quantity.
• Ensure discipline and good morale are maintained at site.
• Ensure site safety and health requirements are practiced at all times.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
