Junior Executive

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor project progress
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
Prepare project documentation and reports
Ensure projects are completed on schedule
Attend meetings and site visits when required
Handle project administration and follow-ups
Support overall project planning and execution

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years working experience
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to multitask and work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsible and detail-oriented
