SALES MANAGER

Requirements

• Associate of bachelor's degree preferred
• Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies and best practices
• Excellent leadership skills
• Knowledge of inventory control and management
• 7+ years of experience in a sales role at a dealership
• Preferably candidates with age below 45 years old
• Substantial track record of exceeding sales quotas and goal
• Keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Outgoing and service-oriented attitude
• Experience in automotive sales.
• Candidates with experience in Chery and Jaecoo brands are highly welcomed.
• Willing to work in Seremban

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Compile regular report for dealership management to review
2. Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers
3. Develop and manage a CRM platform to retain customer and seek out new prospective sales
4. Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings its the sales staff
5. Step in to answer customer question and issues when required
6. Forecast sales for upcoming months and quarters
7. Coach salespeople on best practices for closing more vehicle deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance
8. Set sales goals, track progress and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas
9. Recruit, hire, train and oversee a team of Automotive salespeople
