Junior Executive

概述：

此職位的主要職責包括與供應商簽訂合同，以確保公司長期節省成本。應徵者需具備註重細節的品質，並能與供應商建立良好的工作關係。此外，還需維護航空公司主數據，包括票價、票價驗證、佣金和聯絡人清單。

工作說明（工作範圍簡述）：

更新並分發航空公司和酒店供應商發布的促銷活動和備忘錄。
編制航空公司月度業績報告。
整合數據和市場情報以支援決策。
根據需要提供合約分析和談判準備方面的支援。
負責航空公司續簽 Air Flown 計畫、中小企業票價、私人票價或公司票價。
協助安排航空公司和飯店的產品更新/簡報會－針對票務和飯店預訂團隊。

工作要求（工作經驗年資、教育背景、資格證書等）

3年以上旅遊/觀光相關產業經驗。
有航空公司或飯店系統（GDS、外部網路、預訂平台）使用經驗者優先。
商業、旅遊或相關領域的學位。
精通微軟Excel。
具備與外部供應商聯絡和處理事務的經驗

技能（工作所需的軟體和軟技能）

微軟Excel（資料透視表/篩選/其他公式/函數）。
熟悉 GDS 系統（例如 Amadeus、Travelport）者優先。
解決問題。
人際溝通。
