Senior Executive

We are looking for QS to join our Team! We are currently expanding our team for upcoming Industrial Park / High-Rise projects in KL and JB and need a sharp QS to help us protect the bottom line.

Location: Kuala Lumpur & Johor

Industry: Construction / Surveying

Position: Full-time

What you’ll be doing:

Manage full set post-contract (Progress Claims, VOs, Final Accounts). Handle documentation, reports & coordination, Attend site visits & meetings when required.
Liaise with sub-cons and consultants for tender evaluation.
Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
3 to 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software.
