Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative tasks and office documentation
  • Prepare invoices, quotations, delivery orders (DO), and reports
  • Maintain proper filing, data entry, and record management
  • Coordinate with customers, drivers, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Monitor drivers’ schedules and assist in transport coordination
  • Support day-to-day office operations and management tasks

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma qualification
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & Word)
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or admin-related work is an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
