Junior Executive

工作職責：

編制建築和開發項目的詳細成本估算、預算和工程量清單 (BQ)。
尋找並評估供應商和分包商的報價，以確保價格和品質具有競爭力。
起草和審核招標文件、合約和專案時間表，以確保涵蓋所有方面。
定期走訪工程現場，檢查進度，核實已完成的工作，並協助處理索賠和估價事宜。
處理中期估價、進度款申請、變更指示和最終結算，以確保專案按計畫進行。
監控專案成本，確保所有支出均在核准的預算範圍內。
與內部團隊、顧問和承包商密切合作，解決與成本或合約相關的任何問題。
提供節約成本的建議和價值工程理念，以提高效率並降低專案成本。
妥善保存所有與成本相關的文件記錄，並確保所有文件井然有序。
協助進行專案後評估，以協助改善未來的規劃和成本管理流程。

要求：

工程造價或相關領域的文憑/學位。
至少3年工料測量師工作經驗
具備良好的建築材料、合約和現場作業知識。
具備較強的分析、談判和解決問題的能力。
熟練使用微軟辦公室軟體和工程造價軟體（例如，AutoCAD，熟悉 CostX 者優先）。
能夠獨立工作，只需極少監督，並能準時完成任務。
願意根據需要出差進行實地考察和參加會議。
