Junior Executive

職位描述：

透過電話和 WhatsApp 及時、專業地處理客戶諮詢。
向客戶提供準確詳細的產品/服務資訊。
在系統中記錄、更新和維護客戶詳細信息，以確保數據準確性。
協助追蹤解決客戶問題，必要時將複雜案例回報相關部門。
透過提供及時有效的支援，確保客戶高度滿意。

要求：

精通馬來語（口語和書面）者優先考慮。
精通中文（口語和書面）者優先考慮。
SPM/STPM/文憑/任何領域的學位。
有客戶服務、電話中心或電話銷售經驗者優先考慮。
能夠承受壓力並完成每日目標。
願意接受輪班工作安排，包括週末和假日。
積極的態度和良好的問題解決能力。
