Junior Executive

要求：

個性非常樂觀開朗，善於與人合作；
資料編碼/資料輸入；
至少擁有SPM證書或任何領域的文憑；
我們將提供培訓；
庫存控制；
熟練使用各種微軟辦公軟體（Word、Excel、PowerPoint 等）；
做事條理清晰，能夠同時處理多項任務；
電話溝通技巧；
所需語言：國語/粵語、英語、馬來語；
客戶服務;
有SQL使用經驗者佳；
優秀的溝通能力（口頭和書面表達能力）；
文書技能；
工作一絲不苟，非常注重細節；

責任：
制定、維護、溝通並確保遵守與各種業務流程相關的內部準則和最佳實務；
能夠獨立工作，學習能力強；
簽發採購訂單，追蹤訂單並確保及時交付；
編制辦公室預算和費用報告；
負責安排活動日程，並在需要時安排旅行和住宿；
協助辦公室行政管理工作；
負責公司所有行政事務；
上級交辦的其他臨時性任務；
與會計部門聯絡，核對發票和採購訂單；
協助日常文件填寫、資料錄入，並保持所有資料的最新狀態；
監控庫存水準並更新庫存卡；
管理休假記錄、醫療和保險索賠。
