Product Executive (Procurement)

Job Responsibilities:

• Stock & Procurement: Source, purchase, and allocate stock movement. Ensure stock availability while preventing shortages or overstocking.
• Sales & Retail Support: Prepare weekly sales reports, respond to retail inquiries promptly, and process stock orders (PO creation).
• Promotions & Marketing: Plan promotional items for campaigns and collaborate with marketing, sales, and RMA teams.
• Trading & Costing: Monitor market trends, secure stock before suppliers sell out, and negotiate the best pricing.
• New Product Sourcing: Identify and introduce new products that align with market demand.
• Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels and optimize inventory to meet sales demands.
• Fast Decision-Making: Act quickly on stock opportunities and pricing changes to stay competitive.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, and RMA) to align strategies and execution.

Requirements:

• Strong trading and procurement skills in IT products.
• Cost-sensitive and able to make strategic purchasing decisions.
• Up-to-date with the latest product trends and best practices.
• Basic knowledge of IT products.
• Highly responsive and able to reply to messages promptly.
• Experience in vendor negotiations, supply chain management, and inventory monitoring.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this position.

• Occasional responses to retail outlet inquiries may be needed outside of working hours.
