Junior Executive

職位描述：

我們正在尋找一位認真負責、條理清晰的行政人員，協助日常辦公室運作。理想的候選人應注重細節、主動，並能有效率地處理多項行政任務。

主要職責：

準備並跟進報價單、發票和銷售相關文件
處理客戶諮詢並提供基本產品/服務訊息
維護和更新銷售記錄、客戶資料庫和文檔
協助處理訂單、安排配送和服務協調
準備每月銷售報告，追蹤業績和關鍵指標
收集並整理數據，供管理階層審查和決策使用。
執行一般行政工作（文件歸檔、資料輸入、文件管理）
管理電子郵件、電話和內部溝通
必要時協助處理基本的會計或人力資源事務

要求：

商業、會計或相關領域的文憑/學位
熟悉報價和開票流程
精通微軟辦公室軟體（Word、Excel）
良好的溝通協調能力
責任心強，做事有條理，能夠同時處理多項任務。
能夠獨立工作，只需極少監督
