Junior Executive

職位類型：機械師。

職責。

操作CNC工具機，同時進行偵測與維護。
每日、每月、每年對CNC工具機進行必要的預防性維護服務。
操作CNC工具機前，請更新每日維護檢查表。
按照每日計劃的CNC工具機生產進度進行操作，如有任何與機器操作相關的疑問或問題，請直接向上級或計劃者確認。
每天使用前，對所有設備進行檢查和必要的校準。
根據刀具清單設定CNC工具機，如有必要，可使用其他刀具替代，但須經過更充分的驗證。
在將材料坯料裝入數控機床之前，對其進行外觀和尺寸檢查。
依照目標計畫和CNC工具機運作比例操作CNC工具機，同時負責在不降低品質的前提下最大限度地提高產量，並最大限度地延長數控機床的運作時間。
負責工作區域的清潔、整齊、有序和系統化管理。
參與故障排除、改進和技能提升活動。
根據上級或管理層的安排，履行其他職責。

要求。

能夠讀寫G程式碼和M程式碼。
能夠操作CNC工具機，或至少有CNC工具機的實際操作經驗。
具備幾何尺寸標註和公差系統的知識，或至少能夠看懂工程圖。
熟練至少微軟辦公軟體。
渴望學習/體驗新知識和新技術。
必須具備多任務處理能力、批判性思考能力、問題解決能力和團隊合作能力。
具備使用遊標卡尺、千分尺或其他測量設備的經驗或至少相關知識。
最低限度的監督和自我約束。
