職位描述：

工作範圍概述：

進行品質控制實驗室測試並支援文件/管理。
對原料、包裝材料、進口產品和成品進行抽樣、檢查和記錄。
對片劑、糖漿和乳膏進行生產過程中的檢查。
校準實驗室設備：稱量天平、分析天平和脆碎度測試儀。
監控並批准包裝流程；確保標籤和條碼編碼準確無誤。
保留中間體、原料和成品的樣品。
對成品進行隔離檢查。
支援微生物環境監測（空氣採樣）和純淨水系統測試。
配製試劑和化學品。
完善品質控管文件，包括分析證書，並更新日誌。
保持樣品留存室的清潔和整齊。

要求：

應徵者至少須持有SPM證書（理科優先）或同等學歷。
歡迎具備相關領域工作經驗但符合資格的候選人申請。
