Lab Assistant (IPQC)

Job description:

Summary of Job Scope:

• Perform quality control laboratory tests and support documentation/administration.
• Sample, check, and record raw materials, packing materials, import products, and finished products.
• Conduct in-process checks for tablets, syrups, and creams.
• Calibrate laboratory equipment: weighing balances, analytical balances, and friability testers.
• Monitor and approve packing processes; ensure accurate label and barcode coding.
• Maintain retained samples of intermediates, raw materials, and finished products.
• Perform finished product quarantine checks.
• Support microbiological environment monitoring (air sampling) and purified water system testing.
• Prepare reagents and chemicals.
• Complete QC documents, including Certificates of Analysis, and update logbooks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the retention sample room.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least SPM (preferable in Science) and equivalent.
• Qualified candidates with no working experience in relevant field are welcomed to apply.
