職責

審核建築圖並編制工程量需求清單。
估算材料的數量和成本。
準備合約和文件。
制定付款、庫存需求和材料預算。
追蹤計劃或施工變更；更新預算。
擔任客戶與現場經理/工程師之間的聯絡人。
記錄建築材料和庫存。
識別潛在的財務或施工風險。
為客戶提供改進建議、策略和解決方案。
審閱進度報告並找出任何問題。

資格

具備工料測量師或類似職位的工作經驗。
對施工方法和法規有深入的了解。
能夠同時管理多個專案。
優秀的分析和解決問題的能力。
較強的談判和溝通能力。
熟悉建築工程估價/投標軟體。
擁有工程造價、建築工程、管理或相關領域的學位。
