職責:

  • 接聽並轉接電話。
  • 撰寫並分發電子郵件、信函備忘錄、傳真和表格。
  • 協助準備定期報告。
  • 建立並維護檔案系統。
  • 更新和維護辦公室政策和程序。
  • 維護聯絡人清單。
  • 為訪客提供一般性支援。
  • 作為公司內部和外部客戶的聯絡人。
  • 與行政助理和高階行政助理聯絡,處理高階主管提出的請求和詢問。

要求:

  • 擁有行政助理、虛擬助理或辦公室行政助理的相關經驗。
  • 熟悉辦公室管理系統和流程。
  • 具備辦公設備(如印表機和影印機)的操作知識。
  • 微軟辦公室軟體(特別是微軟Excel和微軟PowerPoint)中的Excel。
  • 良好的時間管理能力和工作優先順序能力。
  • 注重細節和解決問題的能力。
  • 至少擁有工商管理或相關領域的文憑;擁有行政助理或秘書資格者優先考慮。
