Junior Executive

負責日常行政事務，包括辦公用品、設備維護和設施管理。
處理來電、電子郵件和諮詢，並將其轉接至相應的部門或個人。
以有條不紊、有效率的方式維護和更新公司記錄、資料庫和檔案系統。
協助招募流程，包括協調面試、入職和維護人事檔案。
協助公司活動、會議和研討會的規劃和執行。
負責產品樣品管理，包括協調樣品安排、維護庫存記錄、定期盤點庫存，並每兩週向相關銷售團隊提交更新的庫存清單。與團隊和管理層緊密合作，確保庫存符合所有計畫要求。
客戶樣品採集 - 正確包裝和貼標籤樣品，並將其發送給客戶或供應商。需提前透過電子郵件向客戶/供應商發送追蹤/發貨單據以通知他們。
