- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems in an organized and efficient manner.
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, onboarding, and maintaining personnel records.
- Support the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Support product sample management, including coordinating sample arrangements, maintaining stock records, conducting regular stock counts, and submitting updated stock lists to relevant sales teams on a bi-weekly basis. Collaborate closely with team & Management to ensure that stock inventory aligns with all initiatives.
- Customer sampling - To pack and label the samples correctly and dispatch them to customers or suppliers. Email pre-alert with tracking/consignment note to inform customer/supplier is required.
