Junior Executive

主要職責：

準備貨運單據，例如發票和送貨單
安排透過快遞服務遞送送貨物和文件
負責與貨運代理及其子公司就貨物運輸事宜進行聯絡
準備CJ3、CJ5、CJ10等客製化單據及其他相關單據
為了維護適當的物流文件和記錄
相關特殊職責

能力：

良好的人際溝通能力及與各階層人士溝通的能力。
較強的書面和口頭溝通能力
英語聽說讀寫流利
熟練使用微軟辦公軟體
問題解決能力

資格：

已完成SPM或同等學歷，或最好持有物流領域證書或具備相關經驗

經驗：

至少兩年相關領域工作經驗
