Electronic & Electrical Technician

Pentrac Itron is seeking a conscientious Electronic & Electrical Technician that will be in charge of performing standard calibration processes on a variety of specialized equipment and responsible for recording and analyzing the results. 

The main role of the Electronic & Electrical Technician is to troubleshoot, problem solve and provide technical information to allow informed decision-making. The role will involve assisting technical teams with recommendations to resolve laboratory problems, roadblocks or equipment malfunctions that impact the performance or validity of testing. 

Job Duties:

• Calibration of equipment, including troubleshooting, problem isolation & provide technical information for customer to make decision wisely.
• Maintenance of the various calibration equipment and platforms.
• Manage record retention for all Calibration Lab operations as needed.
• Identify non-conforming works related to calibration and report to Manager.
• Cal factors data entry.
• Compile reports for customer notification or problem resolution.
• Perform safety tests on equipment.
