Maintenance Manager

Job Description

• Plan, organize, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Lead, supervise, and train the maintenance team.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and upgrades when required.
• Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and critical maintenance issues.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Good understanding of preventive maintenance systems and asset management.
• Familiar with safety standards, statutory compliance, and workplace regulations.
• Mandarin speaker preferred as to need to communicate with Chinese manufacture technicians.
