你將駕駛的車輛

與中小企業和公司客戶溝通，了解其業務和人員的挑戰。
運用結構化架構診斷領導、人才和能力差距
推薦解決方案（領導力專案、培訓、線上學習、員工參與）
負責整個銷售流程：從初次洽談 → 提案 → 成交
建立長期的客戶關係（而不僅僅是一次性銷售）

2-5年B2B銷售/顧問/人力資源/學習與發展經驗
應屆畢業生如具備學習與發展（L&D）領域的實習經驗、優良的溝通能力、自有車輛及有效駕駛執照，均可申請。
較強的溝通表達能力
能夠將業務問題與人員解決方案連結起來
能夠自如地與決策者（人力資源部、創辦人、領導階層）溝通
渴望成功、積極進取、注重結果
