AZEO is looking for a Talent Development Consultant to work closely with business owners, HR leaders, and management teams to identify organisational challenges and recommend impactful talent development and organisational solutions.
We are looking for someone who enjoys stakeholder engagement, consultative discussions, and translating organisational needs into practical solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Engage business owners, HR leaders, and management teams to understand organisational and workforce challenges
- Conduct consultative discussions to identify leadership, performance, capability, engagement, and development gaps
- Recommend suitable solutions in Leadership Development, Talent Development, Team Building, Employee Engagement, Organisational Development and E-learning & Learning Solutions
- Prepare proposals and present recommendations aligned to business needs
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and support long-term client engagement
- Work closely with Product Development & Solutions, Marketing, BD, and Operations teams to ensure impactful client outcomes and smooth delivery
- Contribute to portfolio growth and business performance through strong stakeholder engagement and solution adoption
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Development, L&D, HRBP, Organisational Development, HR, Corporate Training, Consulting, or client-facing advisory roles
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to understand organisational challenges and recommend practical solutions
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Strong ownership, responsiveness, and relationship-building capability
- Experience engaging HR leaders, management teams, or business stakeholders is an advantage
