Junior Executive

職位概述

財務助理將協助財務部門的日常運作。該職位涉及處理會計事務、維護財務記錄、協助編制財務報告，以確保財務數據的準確性並符合公司政策、法規要求以及其他臨時分配的任務。

最低資格要求

• 會計、金融或相關領域的文憑或學位
• 至少1-3年相關工作經驗（應屆畢業生亦可考慮）
• 具備會計原則和財務報告的基本知識
• 精通微軟Excel和會計軟體
• 良好的溝通與組織能力
• 能夠獨立工作，並在極少監督下按時完成任務。

職位說明/主要職責

• 協助處理全套帳務，包括應付帳款 (AP) 和應收帳款 (AR)
• 準備和處理發票、付款和收據
• 執行銀行對帳並維護準確的財務記錄
• 協助完成月度、季度和年度財務結算。
• 協助編制財務報告、預算和預測
• 確保會計記錄的正確記錄和歸檔
• 協助審計和稅務規劃事宜
• 與內部部門、外部稽核師、稅務代理人及相關機關聯絡
• 監控並跟進未付帳款及收款狀況
• 執行財務經理指派的其他臨時性任務
