Junior Executive

Key Responsibilities:

To prepare freight documents such as invoice and delivery order
To arrange delivery of goods and documents via courier service
To liaise with freight forwarders and subsidiaries on shipments
To prepare custom documents such as CJ3, CJ5, CJ10 and other related documents
To maintain proper logistics files and records
Special related duties

Competency:

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all level of people
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in written and spoken English Language
Computer literate with Microsoft Office
Problem solving skill

Qualification:

Completed SPM or equivalent or preferably with certificate in the area of logistics or with relevant experience

Experience:

Previous experience for at least 2 years in related field
