Job Responsibilities
- Provide full administrative and personal support to the Director
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements
- Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentation materials
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
- Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all company and personal matters
- Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Director
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 1–3 years’ experience as Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage)
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Mature, responsible, and trustworthy
