Junior Executive

銷售協調員的職責是接收並處理客戶的報價請求，積極促成詢價轉換為訂單，並在銷售人員和客戶之間扮演客戶服務的角色。銷售協調員負責支援「拓展銷售計畫」及其客戶/銷售合作夥伴，具體工作包括：客戶/代理商研究、演示、產生和核實銷售訂單、收入報告以及解決問題。

職位描述：

協助銷售團隊準備報價單、方案、報告，並處理所有收到的銷售諮詢。
協助公司達成年度銷售目標。
負責與團隊成員及銷售人員協調溝通，處理銷售相關事宜。
尋找、甄選並委任代理商/經銷商/代表
負責管理、聯絡、支援並確保代理商和經銷商透過及時處理詢問、準備充足的行銷工具等方式實現銷售目標。
考慮到時間因素，必須立即處理並跟進所有問詢。
具備良好的後續跟進能力，能夠支援和處理客戶的諮詢，並處理所有銷售管理職責。
與客戶溝通付款方式和交貨時間表
找出銷售活動中的弱點，並向管理階層報告以便進行分析，同時向管理階層提出各種改善建議，以進一步提升上述工作。
