Senior Executive

職責：

1. 監督日常現場活動，確保遵守安全法規和公司政策。

2. 識別危險並實施糾正/預防措施。

3. 強制使用適當的個人防護裝備（PPE）。

4. 召開工具箱會議和安全簡報會

5. 調查事故、事件和險情；撰寫報告並提出建議

6. 在工廠所有營運環節嚴格執行安全政策和程序

7. 辨識與重型機械、起重設備和工業流程相關的危險

8. 監督起重機組裝和負載測試活動，確保安全起重作業。

9. 確保所有工人遵守安全工作程序和方法聲明

10. 保存安全記錄、報告和文件

11. 就安全事宜與專案經理、承包商和監管機構聯絡。

12. 確保遵守當地安全法律和標準（例如，OSHA 或當地法規）

13. 監督緊急應變準備（消防演習、化學品洩漏應變計畫、疏散計畫等）

14. 執行管理階層不時指派的其他任何職責

資格：

擁有職業安全與健康、工程或相關領域的學士學位/文憑者優先考慮。
至少 2-3 年建築或工業安全領域現場安全主管經驗。
精通馬來西亞安全法規、OSHA要求和現場HSE實踐。
對機械和起重安全有深入了解是一項額外優勢。
能夠識別風險並實施切實可行的解決方案
精通英語和馬來語的讀寫和口語。掌握國語和/或粵語者優先考慮。
願意經常出差前往客戶現場，包括外地客戶現場。
