Junior Executive

角色與職責：

招募

管理和尋找全職、兼職、臨時工和實習生的招聘平台；
負責招募流程，包括篩選候選人、篩選合格候選人、安排面試、進行背景調查等。
協調員工確認、離職、交接流程、離職面談等所有相關流程。
負責管理、尋找並參加與各辦公室空缺職位相關的招聘會

培訓與發展

負責制定和實施全體員工的內部培訓計劃，包括與內部利害關係人聯絡；
確定並協調 AUG 員工的外部培訓和發展計劃，包括但不限於人力資源發展基金計劃。
協助協調大學合作夥伴在培訓前、培訓期間和培訓後組織的外部考察旅行（FAM 旅行）。

員工手冊

持續審查員工手冊，並確保所有員工都執行手冊內容；
根據需要提出建議，以確保員工手冊保持最新狀態。

支付包

協助管理人力資源平台，其功能包括但不限於員工檔案、休假、報銷、採購申請和供應商索賠；
協助建立和維護 Paybun 指南和常見問題解答；
以便能夠借助（b）中的物品對如何正確使用 Paybun 系統進行培訓；

其他任何被指派的相關任務和項目。
